With powerful hardware engineered for efficiency, Brink’s Box is built to provide a more intuitive experience for all users. By securing in-store deposits in a fast and simplified way, Brink’s Box empowers teams to spend less time on hardware training and more time on essential business activities.
Designed by Brink’s, the incorporation of built-in barcode scanning works seamlessly with Brink’s 24SEVEN to accept physical cash deposits without the need for an on-device display. Employees can quickly scan and drop deposits conveniently from within the store.
Once deposits are made into the Brink’s Box, the Brink’s Direct Credit process is initiated and physical cash is protected from loss. Employees who previously drove to the bank to make deposits can now remain safely in the store and focus on customers. Businesses using armored car services no longer need to rely on scheduled pickups. Brink’s has responsibility for the cash at the point of deposit, and will collect cash at least once per week. The cash collection process is completely handled by Brink’s, so employees are never disrupted during the collection process.
Brink’s B-Safe is a secure cash management device designed to accept individual notes through integrated bill validators. Validators eliminate the need for employees to count cash and create deposit bags. This added functionality speeds up the deposit process and enables fast till skims.
Employees make deposits by scanning their employee badge using the integrated barcode scanner and inserting notes. By scanning the employee badge, user access is tightly controlled, and each transaction is registered back to the employee – allowing you to track the chain of custody.
Credit for deposits accepted into the Brink’s B-Safe is facilitated via Brink’s Direct Credit to the associated bank account.
Brink’s Box is a secure cash management device designed to accept cash deposits in sealed bags. Digital deposits are created using Brink’s 24SEVEN and deposit bags are scanned and dropped into a Brink’s Box to transfer custody from the business to Brink’s.
Deposits accepted into the Brink’s Box are then transmitted to the Brink’s cloud for validation, then to the associated bank account using Brink’s Direct Credit.
